Brief Description


Article 11 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Congo adopted in 2002 includes the following provisionsn: War crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of genocide are punished within the conditions determined by the law. They are imprescriptible. Any propaganda or any incitement to ethnic hatred, to violence or to civil war constitutes a crime.
