Advancing the Legislative and Policy Framework to Combat Gender Based Violence in Grenada: A Case Study of the Period 2010 to 2012. This case study responds to the Commonwealth Secretariat on one of the requirements of the Commonwealth Plan of Action within the theme “Gender, Human Rights and the Law.” The objective of this Case Study is to highlight the achievements made by Grenada in creating the legislative and policy frameworks for addressing gender-based violence, a core indicator of the Commonwealth Plan of action on Gender Equality 2005 – 2015. Data for this case study was collected through research on national statistics.
