Brief Description

Law No. 1/27 of December 29, 2017 revising the Penal Code severely punishes offenses of sexual and gender-based violence and has increased the penalties provided for by the previous Penal Code, in articles 222, 224, 559, 560, 577 and 578 of the Penal Code.
