Article 71 of the Constitution adopted in 2014 includes the following provisions on violence against women: No freedom restricting penalty shall be imposed for publication or publicity crimes. As for crimes related to the incitement of violence, discrimination between citizens, or impingement of individual honor, the Law shall stipulate the penalties therefore.
