Capacity-Building Seminar (Women and the Law)

Brief Description

On 12 and 13 October 2010, a capacity-building seminar for all actors listed in recommendation 14 and for many others was organized by the National Network of Women Deputies in an effort to halt discrimination against women in the public arena. The topics addressed at the seminar covered women and politics, legal provisions that discriminate against women, and how to draft laws.
