Brief Description

The adoption of Law No. 2015-36 of 26 June 2015 on the smuggling of migrants, aimed at preventing and combating the smuggling of migrants. Article 16 of this Law specifies that there is an aggravating circumstance when the migrant object of trafficking is a child, a pregnant woman, etc.
