Administrative statistics are provided by different institutions dealing with cases of gender-based violence (GBV). The National Police provides statistics on GBV cases on a monthly basis. The National Prosecution Authority provides statistics on the number of GBV cases that the National Police brought before them, as well as statistics on the number of GBV cases brought to courts and statistics on the ones that are not brought to court. Courts also provide statistics, on a yearly basis, on the cases already trialed and on the progress of the pending ones.
