Article 40 of the Transitional Constitution

Brief Description

Article 40 of the Transitional Constitution adopted in 2011, and amended in 2013, includes the following provisions: All levels of government shall:
(a) adopt policies and provide facilities for the welfare of children and youth and ensure that they develop morally and physically, and are protected from moral and physical abuse and abandonment;
