Brief Description

Observatory for Symbolic and Media Violence  (Observatorio de Violencia Simbólica y Mediática) was created in 2017 within the framework of Law 26,485 art. 5. Its general objective is to promote the removal of sociocultural patterns that promote and sustain gender inequality and power relations over women in the media.
