Brief Description

The National Gender-based Violence Plan of Action 2010-2013 was adopted in June 2010. Prior to that plan, another one existed for 2007-2009. The Plan includes all forms of gender-based violence against women, with specific reference to domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, and sexual abuse and exploitation.
