Institutional Training Plan

Brief Description

With a view to strengthening judicial operators in the proper identification of the causal factors of gender based violence, the Office of the Attorney General annually implements the Institutional Training Plan (Plan Institucional de Formación y Capacitación). There is a course on feminicidal violence and a virtual diploma of violence against women and feminicide, which emphasize the application of the principle of due diligence, the diagnosis of risk factors for femicide and the Directive for Femicide investigation and prosecution.
