Brief Description

In 2016, the Attorney General's Office promulgated the Sexual Violence Investigation and Judicialization Protocol, Resolution 1774 (Protocolo de Investigación y judicialización de la Violencia Sexual, Resolución 1774), which contributes to the effective participation of victims in the entire judicialization process and provides officials with tools to fulfill their duties with due standards diligence to overcome barriers in the investigation and prosecution of such crimes.
