Instructions for Persons at risk of Domestic Violence with list of Services and Offices

Brief Description

In March 2007, the judiciary, the Judicial College and the Standing Judicial Committee on Domestic Violence drew up and distributed instructions for persons at risk of domestic violence which explain what their rights are, what types of requests they can make of the judge and what procedures they should follow. The instructions are accompanied by a list of the available services and the offices or agencies to which such persons can turn.
