The Substantive Equality Training School has been established to train public officials and help reduce gender inequalities and discrimination against women, among others. In 2011–2012 courses were given on women’s rights, domestic legislation on equality, sexual and reproductive health, the economic empowerment of women and basic notions of substantive equality and of a violence-free life for women.
