Brief Description


Article 68 of the Constitution adopted in 1982, and amended in 2013, includes the following provisions: Every person has the right to have his physical, mental, and moral integrity respected. No one shall be subjected to torture, or to cruel, inhuman, or degrading punishment or treatment
