On September 19, 2014 the President and Vice President launched a campaign called “It’s On Us,” encouraging Americans to make a personal commitment to work to change the social norms that allow violence to occur. “It’s On Us” reminds victims of sexual assault that they are not alone and that it is the responsibility of all Americans to intervene.
