Brief Description


The Deputy Office for EVAW was established under the Attorney General's Office (AGO) as a mandate of the Law on Elimination of Violence Against Women (EVAW Law) passed in 2009. The main task of the Office is to investigate and prosecute cases of violence against women, and support and assist victims throughout the process. The Office can accept cases from anywhere in the country.
