Online Database on Domestic Violence Against Women

Brief Description

The online database on domestic violence against women was launched on October 4, 2017. The Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs and local executive powers have access to this database. These agencies are considered to collect relevant data and enter them into the database which includes information about the victim (including sex, age and relationship with the accused), perpetrator, location and interim measures (protection order) and final judgements.
