Brief Description


Article 13 of the Constitution adopted in 1973, and amended in 2012, includes the following provisions on violence against women:Compulsory work cannot be imposed on any person except in the cases specified by law for national exigency and for a fair consideration, or pursuant to a judicial ruling.
