Brief Description

The purpose of Law on Child Protection of 2016 is to define the principles of child protection and the related government mandate, to establish a national child protection system, and to regulate relationships arising from prevention, protection, rehabilitation, guardianship, and curatorship of children with respect to any form of violence or exploitation.
