Royal Decree 63 2009 Labour Law Amendment

Brief Description

The Royal Decree 63/2009 in which the Labour Law was amended includes the following ammendment: imposing stricter penalties on violators in order to regulate the recruitment and employment of expatriate manpower in the labour market so as to conform to legal provisions  to prevent the occurrence of any case that may involve human trafficking or forced labour.
