The protection hotline was set up in 2017 by toll free number (1100). The telephone line receives and records the cases of violence and abuse, transmits communications to the relevant parties and follows up the timely arrival of the service. The hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it respects the principle of confidentiality and privacy.
