Brief Description

The Assistance to and Protection of Victims of Crime and witness Act was passed in February 2015. The main objective of the act is to uphold and enforce the rights and entitlement of victims of crimes and witnesses and provide a mechanism to promote, protect enforce and exercise such rights and entitlements.
