Brief Description

In January 2020, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) adopted the Strategy for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in BiH for the period 2020-2023. After the adoption of this strategy, the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2020–2023) was drafted and adopted. This plan focuses on improving the system of support for fight against trafficking in human beings, effective prosecuting of cases, prevention, protection and assistance to victims.
