The Concept of Integration of Foreigners seeks to establish a coexistence, free of conflict and satisfactory for both the immigrants and the society in which they live, characterised by Czech Republic mutual understanding, with both sides getting better to know each other, and allowing the immigrants, male and female, to live independently and in a dignified way throughout their stay in the Czech Republic. In the framework of the integration policy, the Ministry of the Interior devotes increased attention to immigrants in vulnerable situation. Special attention is paid to female immigrants, not only economically active women but also housewives, because of their key role in bringing up new generations; it is necessary to enable them to take part in integration activities and reduce the risk of their isolation, by means of targeted information and offer of integration measures, particularly by teaching them the Czech language and helping them to find their place in society, at the same time strengthening the prevention of domestic violence.
