Training for judges who come into contact with victims of violence has been in place since 2012. The training of judges includes the subject of human rights and, more specifically, discrimination. Initial training includes a module on the judicial environment, which covers the phenomena of exclusion and discrimination, and in-service training includes courses on the European Convention on Human Rights, ethics, and the judge’s responsibility.
