Article 28 of the Constitution adopted in 2007, and amended in 2013, includes the following provisions:The dignity and security of a man shall be guaranteed. The inviolability of the physical and mental integrity of a man, and privacy and individual rights thereof shall be guaranteed. No one shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment. No one shall be kept in slavery or servile position.
