Brief Description


The Action Plan Against Human Trafficking has been drawn up by the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health and Care Services, the Ministry of Justice and the Police, the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It comprises of an exhaustive list of measures on combating human trafficking and have been categorised into the following categories:
- Strengthening international cooperation and the framework on international law 
- Improvement in cross-disciplinary cooperation and competence development
- Steps on preventing human trafficking 
- Efficient structures for victim identification, help and protection
- Preventive measures against trafficking in children
- Prosecution of human traffickers
