Brief Description

Pursuant to the Police Act 2006, the police keep collections of personal data:

- of denounced persons and criminal offences;

- of violators and of minor offences (misdemeanour);

- of missing persons;

- of records of identifications;

- of reported criminal offences;

- of operating information;

- of issued retraining orders of prohibition to approach or person.
