Brief Description

Article 11 of the Constitution adopted in 1991, and amended in 2011, includes the following provisions: The human right to physical and moral dignity is irrevocable. Any form of torture, or inhuman or humiliating conduct or punishment, is prohibited. Forced labour is prohibited.
