Brief Description


As a means to better understand the prevalence and nature of sexual harassment in Australian workplaces; the Australian Human Rights Commission is leading the National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces. The Inquiry is examining the nature and prevalence of sexual harassment in Australian workplaces, its drivers and impacts, the adequacy of the current legal framework and measures to address this harassment.
