To reflect the strong collaboration between NGO and Government, the Medical Service Pacific (MSP) linked their services with government and assisted 637 sexual assault survivors from 2014-2018, in dedicated Post Rape clinics. The MSP provides a One Stop Shop (OSS) national Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights program for women and youth, inclusive of activities to prevent GBV and promote gender equality and social inclusion. The OSS program has continued to fill a gap in health care service provision and education in rural areas, peri-urban and urban areas in Fiji. The OSS provides:
1) Access to specialized, confidential clinical Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights services for survivors of sexual assault and gender based violence.
2) Access to justice for survivors through ongoing patient advocacy, counselling, emergency shelter, legal aid and legal stakeholder capacity building.
3) Strengthen and build capacity through training, education, cordination, dialogue, rights awareness, service integration, capacity building to strengthening services and systems.
