Section 19 of the Constitution adopted in 1986, and amended in 2010, includes the following provisions: Subject to the provisions of this Part, and in particular to —
(a) section 32 (foreign disciplined forces); and
(b) section 33 (hostile disciplined forces),
no-one shall —
(c) be tortured; or
(d) given inhuman or degrading punishment or treatment.
