The National Task Force on Human Trafficking was established to coordinate Barbados’ anti-trafficking activities and to develop and oversee the implementation of the National Action Plan for the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons. This Task force is chaired by the Attorney General. The Task Force is also responsible for establishing policies to enable government to work with the NGO community and civil society to prevent trafficking and provide assistance to victims.
