National Standing Committee on the Implementation of the National Strategy for the Prevention of Trafficking

Brief Description

The National Standing Committee on the Implementation of the National Strategy for the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons and the Smuggling of Migrants was established by the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs. The Committee includes in its membership many concerned authorities in the State of Kuwait's access, within the framework of Kuwait's efforts to strengthen the fight against the scourge of trafficking in persons, in accordance with its international obligations, and in accordance with the National Law No. 91 of 2013.
