Brief Description
The Medium Term Development Plan (2011-2015) (MTDP) contains different sections which relate to violence against women, such as section 3.2 (Law, order and justice), section 5.3 (Gender), and section 5.4 (HIV/AIDS). These sections raise the issues of sexual violence and domestic violence, and also make the link between those forms of violence and the spread of HIV/AIDS.
