Brief Description

The government established the Family Protection Legal Aid Center that provides free legal representation and legal advice for victims/survivors of family violence. The government has agreed for the Center to continue for another 3 years under the assistance of Secretariat of the Pacific Community/ Regional Rights Resources Team (SPC/RRRT) before Government absorbs it under the Ministry of Justice.
