Brief Description

With the support of the United Nations Population Fund, the National Plan to Suppress Violence against women and Children in the 2010-2011 period has been jointly devised by the pertinent Government bodies, civil society organizations and international organizations. It has been referred to the Minister of Justice for consideration and approval. The aim of the Plan is to afford women and children psychological and economic protection and help victims to report acts of violence.
