Minimum Standards of Essential Services

Brief Description

The Minimum Standards for Essential Services for Women and Girl Survivors of GBV was drafted in 2017 under the National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women 2014-2018 (NAPVAW II), and covers 10 standards including Mediation as part of Legal Protection Services. These standards link all the standards and provide overall guidance. These Standards were implemented to further strengthen Cambodia's responses to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and increasing access to justice for women and girls through the formal legal system.
